1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CertiHub (the "Service"), including our iOS application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
CertiHub is an exam preparation platform that provides:
- Practice questions for various IT certifications
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Exam readiness assessments
- Links to official documentation and learning resources
Important Disclaimer: CertiHub is an independent study tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Microsoft, GitHub, or any certification body. Our practice questions are designed to help you prepare but do not guarantee exam success.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may use CertiHub as a guest or create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Tiers

4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Pro Subscription
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payment is processed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
4.2 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day Pro trial. The trial:
- Is available once per user
- Automatically converts to Free tier after expiration (unless subscribed)
- Does not require payment information
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for subscription refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share, distribute, or sell CertiHub content
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or copy our question database
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
- Share account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
CertiHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CertiHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Third-Party Content
Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, GitHub, and other certification names are trademarks of their respective owners. CertiHub is not affiliated with these companies.
6.3 User Content
By submitting question reports or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to improve the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Results from using the Service
Exam Results Not Guaranteed: CertiHub is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Failed certification exams
- Service interruptions or data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
9.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an in-app notification for material changes
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
