What certifications does CertiHub support? +

CertiHub currently supports Microsoft and GitHub certifications including:

  • Microsoft: DP-600, AI-102, PL-900, PL-300, AZ-900, AI-900, and more
  • GitHub: GitHub Foundations, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot

How do difficulty levels work? +

CertiHub offers four difficulty levels:

  • Easy: Foundational concepts, straightforward questions
  • Normal: Standard exam-level difficulty
  • Hard: Challenging questions requiring deep understanding
  • Nightmare: Expert-level questions with subtle distinctions

We recommend starting with Easy and progressing as you build confidence.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find CertiHub and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Are the questions the same as the real exam? +

No. CertiHub questions are original practice questions designed to help you prepare. They are NOT actual exam questions.

Our questions are based on the official exam objectives and Microsoft documentation, but the actual exam may differ in format, wording, and specific scenarios.

We recommend using CertiHub alongside official Microsoft Learn materials for the best preparation.

I found an incorrect question. How do I report it? +

Thank you for helping us improve! You can report questions directly in the app:

  1. After submitting your answer, look for the Report Question button
  2. Select the issue type (incorrect answer, outdated, unclear, etc.)
  3. Add optional details
  4. Submit the report

Reported questions are reviewed by our team and temporarily hidden until verified.

Will my progress sync across devices? +

Registered users (Free & Pro): Yes! Your progress syncs automatically when you're signed in.

Guest users: Progress is stored locally on your device only. Create a free account to sync across devices.

Account Deletion

To delete your CertiHub account and all associated data:

  1. Open the CertiHub app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, email support@certihub.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 48 hours.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, history, and personal data will be removed.
